Avid linux geek. Using mdadm for years helping friends secure their data. Currently using arch-linux. Messing around with NFC and rs485 to automate processes. Its a little more customizable than cron as my phone/tablet can collect an insane amount of environment variables. Eg. Temp/humidity, gps, proximity, speed, distance etc.

Every once in a while I get myself into raid trouble. The last event being the last time I will blindly attempt anything of the sort in linux again!
